What is Fitness Boot Camp ?

If you are looking for a fun yet challenging way to get your body into shape, you may consider signing up for a fitness boot camp. Fitness boot camp are a form of group exercise that combines the use of calisthenic with cardiovascular, interval and strength training. Boot camps are designed with camaraderie in mind and offer a motivational, cost-effective way to get into shape.

Fitness boot camp is not new among our Malaysian society with several companies providing the services. It is proven to be effective and producing results for committed participants.

Now, we from CosmicFit are offering the fitness boot camp in the area of Setia Alam and Klang.

An optimal exercise program consist of cardiovascular, resistance, flexibility and core training and all are equally important. We have structured our boot camp programs emphasizing all these elements. The boot camp session lasts for exactly 60 minutes. We conduct the boot camp sessions both outdoor and indoor.

The workouts are performed implementing your own body weight as resistance and with typical boot camp training tools. It is proven that High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) produces the best result in burning calories, increase in cardiovascular fitness, increase in lean muscle mass, muscular endurance, core stability and strength, coordination, speed, agility - And the bottom line is a leaner and fitter you !

Even though the concept of fitness boot camp is modeled after the Military Training, we are not drill-sergeants but we are your fitness coach who will motivate you to break your limitations to realize your weight loss and fitness goals.

You will work as a team in realizing your guaranteed results with LOTS OF FUN !!!

The Structure and Benefits of CosmicFit Boot Camp


For committed participants in our program, you will need to & experience:
  • Complete our registration form
  • Go through a fitness test to evaluate your current fitness level
  • Record your Blood Pressure, BMI, Body Fat Percentage, Cardiorespiratory Fitness Level
  • We will use your base fitness level and monitor your progress periodically
  • Guide you with healthy eating habits and help you monitor the same
  • Provide a weekly task list for workouts
Typically, a boot camp offers high intensity training and we have programs from basic to advance level. However, upon our initial fitness assessment test on you - it will reveal more information about yourself and we will introduce exercise program that suits your current fitness level. As your fitness level improves, we will then take you safely to next level of exercise i.e. advancing progressively.
